Welcome to the ETP Marketing Store

This platform is to your support to order branded items and gadgets for internal or external use. 

Here you’ll find a clear and simple overview of how shop operates. We explain the key steps, and features. 

Currently, we have a basic set of items and gadgets which will be expanded in the future. However, should you meanwhile have a specific requirement, please feel free to send an email to andrea.siteur@eurotranspharma.com.

For each item, a minimum quantity has been defined which is for cost-efficient purposes. 

Please ensure sufficient time for ordering as the items are printed in Belgium and shipped from Belgium. 

Please take the following timings into account: 

- Delivery in Belgium: 7 working days after approval 

- Delivery outside of Belgium: 14 working days after approval. 

Accessing the platform works as follows:

  1. Click on Button 'Sign In' on the top right hand side
  2. Click on button with arrow 'Log in with Eurotranspharma' - Please DO NOT enter your email address as this only applicable for the supplier.
  3. Access the Marketing Store

The ordering process works as follows:

  1. Have a look at the store, identify the item you require, indicate the quantity and indicate the reason why you would need the items.
  2. Please ensure you add the correct shipping address. 
  3. Your order will be mailed for approval to your local MD. 
  4. From approval of your local MD, the items will be produced and shipped.
  5. At the end of each month, an invoice will be sent to your MD.
