For each item, a minimum quantity has been defined which is for cost-efficient purposes. 

Please ensure sufficient time for ordering as the items are printed in Belgium and shipped from Belgium. 

Please take the following timings into account: 

- Livraison en Belgique : 7 jours ouvrables après approbation

- Livraison hors de Belgique : 14 jours ouvrables après approbation

Processus de commande :

1. Have a look at the store:
2. 1. Identify the item you require;
   2. Indicate the quantity;
   3. Select the branding;
   4. Indicate the reason why you would need the items.
3. Please ensure you add the correct shipping address. 
4. Your order will be mailed for approval to your local MD. 
5. From approval of your local MD, the items will be produced and shipped.
6. At the end of each month, an invoice will be sent to your MD.
